On December 10, 2019, the annual meeting of L'Oréal's high-end cosmetics department was held in Shanghai Mercedes-Benz Arena. The Mercedes-Benz Arena is located in the Shanghai World Expo Park.It has a main venue that can accommodate 18,000 seats. As one of the most important permanent venues for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, it undertakes various large-scale performances and events during the World Expo to meet the needs of the large-scale cultural performances of the World Expo. The process and qualification review of all relevant departments are quite strict. LAVTECH employees strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the venue, actively cooperate with the submission of relevant materials, communicate with countless meetings, and strive to make this event held at the Mercedes-Benz Arena. The L'Oreal high-end cosmetics department annual meeting uses three forms of audiences. In such a large venue, more than 700 computer lights, more than 100 speakers, and more than 500 square meters of led screens, from equipment transportation to stage construction, technical testing the total time of the process rehearsal is only 48 hours, which is a large scale, tight time and heavy tasks. The employees of LAVTECH haven't been sleeping for dozens of hours and are dedicated to serving all the employees of the L'Oreal Group participating in this event, and they are working hard to show them a perfect event site.
